love is a kind of madness. especially exstatic or passionate love. but it doesn't have to be sexual to be mad. sometimes the love i've felt for a friend or a child is as intense or more than what i've felt for lovers. madness and magic are the realms where we generously admit to not knowing what is going on. love is a really great place to be when we are trusting ourselves and feeling confident and not so fun at all when we are feeling shaky, shattered or melancholy.
